Description

Description

Two playgrounds at Orchards Downs Student Housing on the Urbana Champaign campus – west of the North Laundry and southeast of the Community Building - are to be renovated to replace old play equipment and replace engineered wood fiber fall protection surfacing with poured-in-place rubber surfacing. Site drainage and will be improved with regrading and underdrains. The project also includes select demolition, select salvage and reinstallation, site grading, concrete flatwork and footings, and landscape Improvements

Refer to Division 01 of the technical specifications for a complete, detailed breakdown of the base bids and alternates for this project.
