Description
This project involves removing the existing roof systems on the main roof and penthouse
of the Building, as well as the main roof of the connection building, down to the sloped
reinforced concrete deck. These will be replaced with a new fully adhered, single-ply
membrane roofing system, including associated metal components, energy codecompliant
tapered rigid roof insulation, adequate capacity roof drains, and a lightning
protection system. Additionally, the project includes removing unused mechanical louvers
and filling in the spaces with new masonry to match the existing structure.
