A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in
bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 10/24/2024 through a zoom call in 312-626-
6799 Meeting ID: 875 5046 1856 Password: 1867. Representatives of the Owner and the
Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project
and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend. Bidders can
visit (non-mandatory) the site at 11:00 AM after the pre bid.

11/26/2024.
Site Visit Information
The Bidder, before submitting a bid for this Work, shall visit and carefully
examine the site of the Work in order to have full knowledge of, and to fully understand and
appreciate, the facilities, difficulties, and restrictions attending the performance of the
contract for which a bid is submitted. The Bidder shall take all required measurements and
carefully inspect all existing conditions, constructions, irregularities, and interferences
which may affect the Work under this contract.

Description
Renovation of a portion of the fist floor in Bielfeldt Athletic Administration Building (BAAB)
and Academic areas in north end of Memorial Stadium (FICE).The renovation includes
new open office spaces, lounge, meeting rooms and remodeling existing locker rooms.
Work includes selective demolition, construction of new partitions, ceilings and finishes as
required, salvage and reinstall existing plumbing fixture as indicated. Renovation of existing
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection systems as required for
operations of the proposed program.
Refer to Division 01 of the technical specifications for a complete, detailed breakdown of
the base bids and alternates for this project.
This project includes a Project Labor Agreement that will be executed between the lowest
responsible/responsive bidder and the East Central Illinois Building and Construction
Trades Council. A copy of the Project Labor Agreement is included at the end of Section
00 90 00.
