A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required due to;(1) the unique nature of this project; (2) the complexity of this project; (3) unique site features; (4) the size and scope of the project. It is critical for all bidders to visit the site.

Description

The new Illini Hall work includes earthwork, sitework, drilled piers, concrete foundations, structural steel, metals, masonry, limestone and slate, CFMF, gypsum board, plaster, aluminum curtainwall, TPO/PVC roofing, tile, equipment, and complete mechanical, HVAC, controls, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, emergency generator, and audio-visual systems and utilities.

Job Purchase Information:

Up to (1) complete set of bidding documents are available to PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDERS (NO PLANROOMS) for a $750 Refundable deposit check OR non-cash deposit plan per set, made payable to Cannon Design. (include the name of the job in the reference line). Scan a copy of the check (for shipping and delivery orders) to Eastern Engineering-Champaign Office, Champaign@easternengineering.com AND deliver the original check (for all orders) Eastern Engineering-Champaign Office, 404 E. University Ave. Champaign, IL. 61820.
